I love this picture. But i hate that it isn't 100% sharp -_-
It was really annoying to make this picture sinds i was in my room when i made this picture. I just hang out the window and almost fell down.

You should have used the apperture at more than 5.6, let's say 14-16.
ISO is too high, when you expose for more seconds, noise will be the main problem, so i would also suggest to have a low ISO speed (say 100-200)
